TMA PUBLICATIONS HELP RESIDENTS STARTING PRACTICE
Do you know
some final-year residents who are out looking for a job — or even looking to
start out on their own? Point them toward the TMA Education Center, where a pair of practice management
publications are packed with advice for them. The Comprehensive Guide for
Physician Employment is just what it sounds like — complete and loaded with
information to help physicians make the best decision about employment, and then
sign the right contract. The second book, Starting in a Medical Practice, covers
everything from picking real estate to hiring staff to practice marketing. Both
books have special member pricing, and both offer continuing medical education
credit.
